Terms and Conditions (EULA)

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before installing or using the AnomalyDetector Pro software ("Software", "Service") operated by Security Solutions ("we", "us").

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using this Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you may not use the Software. This agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you (individual or entity) and Security Solutions.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software on your devices.

• Community License: Free use permitted for personal and evaluation purposes.
• PRO License: Requires payment. Allows commercial use and access to advanced features (Active Firewall, Unlimited Logs). Valid for up to 3 devices per key.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree not to engage in, nor permit others to engage in, any of the following restricted activities:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Use the Software for illegal activities, unauthorized network scanning, cyber attacks ("hacking"), or any violation of privacy laws.
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software to third parties without our written consent.

4. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Security Solutions does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Important: This Software has the ability to block network connections. Security Solutions SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any service interruption, data loss, or connectivity loss resulting from the use of blocking or firewall features of the Software. The user assumes full responsibility for the configuration of security rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Security Solutions, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Security Solutions and its licensors. The Software is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy. The Software is designed to process data locally on your machine.

• Logs: Traffic logs are stored locally in your encrypted database file. We do not send your logs to the cloud.
• Geolocation: We use local databases (GeoLite2) for IP resolution, without sending your browsing history to external servers.
• Updates: The Software may connect briefly to our servers solely to verify the validity of the PRO license and check for critical updates.

8. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We also reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software and revoke your license immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the prevailing laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
